This article outlines the full signer experience. The signer can access the document, review, sign, decline or delegate signing, and download documents.
The signer receives an email with a link to the document to be signed. All emails come from noreply@safesendreturns.com.

If authentication is enabled, the signer is required to answer a question OR enter an access code. The sections below outline the steps for each authentication method.
Access Code
- Click Send Code.
- A message states whether the code was sent to your email or mobile device.

- Enter the code.
- Click Confirm.
Question/Answer
- Type the answer to the question into the answer field.
- Click Confirm to proceed to the signing step.
All pages that require a signature are listed in the left panel.
- Click on the Start arrow to be led to your first signature line.
- Click the green Signature block to open the Add Signature window.
- Signers can Type, Draw, or Upload their signature.
- Click Apply.

Click the Next flag to be guided to any additional fields.

Click Next until all fields are completed.
- Click Done.

This field will not highlight until all required fields are complete.

If the signer does not want to sign, they can either Decline to sign OR Delegate to someone else.
Decline to Sign
- Click Decline.
- Enter a reason for declining.
- Click Decline to submit the declination.
Delegate to someone else
If this option is selected, the new signer receives an email notification to sign.
- Click Delegate.
- Enter the email address of the new signer.
- Enter the name of the new signer.
- Enter a reason for changing signing responsibility.
- Click Delegate to finalize.
The documents can be downloaded if the signer wants to Manually Sign the document.
- Click Manually Sign.
- Click Yes.
- Click Download All to download all documents available OR

Click Download to download 1 document at a time.
Select Next to progress to the Upload step.

Preview or Delete the document (optional).
Select Submit to confirm upload.
Once all signers have completed signing, a confirmation email with an access link is delivered to them.
- Click Access Documents.
- Complete Authentication (if applicable).
- Click the Document Name to download only that document OR
- Click Download All to download all documents into a .ZIP file.
