This article outlines the full signer experience on a mobile device. The signer can access the document, review, sign, decline or delegate signing, and download documents.
Initial Email
- Click Sign Documents.
Authentication
If authentication is turned on, the signer is required to enter an access code OR answer a question.
Access Code
- Click Send Code.
- Enter the access code that was sent to your cell phone OR email.
- Click Confirm.
Question and Answer
- Answer the question that appears on the screen.
- Click Continue.
Sign Document
After the Signer has passed authentication, or if an authentication method hasn't been chosen, the Signer is directed to the main landing page of the signature process. The signer has 4 options to continue.
- Sign Documents.
- Delegate to Someone Else.
- Manually Sign.
- Decline to Sign.
Sign Documents
- Click on the Start arrow to be led to your first signature line.
- Click on the green signature block to open the Add Signature window.
- Continue to click Next until all signature fields are signed.
- Type out or draw your signature.
- Click Apply.
Delegate to Someone Else
- Click Delegate.
- Enter the new signer's name and email address.
- Enter a reason for changing signing responsibility.
- Click Send to send an access link to the new signer.
Manually Sign
- Click Manually Sign.
- Click Yes.
- Click the Download icon to download 1 document at a time OR
- Click Download All to download all documents available.
Decline to Sign
- Click Decline to Sign.
- Enter a reason for declining.
- Click Decline to submit.
