Adding Document Types

This article outlines how to resolve the message Please select a document(s) type. Document Type(s) must be present before documents can be delivered. Document Type(s) can be added under the Settings menu if no selections are available.

Adding Document Types

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click General.
  3. Click the Add button under Signature Document Type.
  4. Enter the display name of the document type in the Value field.
  5. Set the default File Expiration timeframe for that document type.
  6. Select the Activated checkbox to ensure the document type appears in the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Add.

You can now select the new Document Type during upload.
