This article outlines how to resolve the message Please select a document(s) type. Document Type(s) must be present before documents can be delivered. Document Type(s) can be added under the Settings menu if no selections are available.
Adding Document Types
- Click Settings.
- Click General.
- Click the Add button under Signature Document Type.
- Enter the display name of the document type in the Value field.
- Set the default File Expiration timeframe for that document type.
- Select the Activated checkbox to ensure the document type appears in the drop-down menu.
- Click Add.
You can now select the new Document Type during upload.
