Additional Signature Controls

When processing a document for signature, you can add text boxes, radio buttons, and checkboxes in addition to the standard signature controls. The following article outlines the additional options available for these controls, including if/then answer options for the client.

Control Descriptions

  • The Text box option allows you to enter a tooltip for the client. The client can then enter free-form text into the box. This option can be incorporated into an if/then answer option.
  • The Check Box option allows you to enter a tooltip for the client. The client can then choose to select the box or leave it blank if it is not marked as required. This option can be incorporated into an if/then question or answer option.
  • The Radio allows you to select how many radio buttons to place at once. The client can select only one of these options. This option can be incorporated into an if/then question or answer option.
