SafeSend Signatures now cancels the upload of encrypted, password-protected, and partially-signed files and displays a message to the user. These types of files can't be signed and caused some confusion for users if they were accidentally uploaded.
If an error occurs and a document cannot be signed, it will now be marked with a signature status of SIGNATURE STAMPING FAILED. An email will also be sent to the user notifying them of the problem.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where reminder notifications were being sent to signers who had declined signing or who were canceled from signing.
